3. The Revival Vs. Matt Hardy & Bray Wyatt
So, there's kind of a vacuum in the RAW tag division, huh? With the loss of both The Bar and Gallows & Anderson, RAW has now made the recently-formed team of Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt the new tag champions. Whether or not they sustain intrigue as a team remains to be seen, but the task at hand now is programming them with some heels.
With the recently-debuted Authors of Pain content squashing jobbers right now, it seems a bit early to feud with the Woken Warriors right away. Thus, with the Bar gone to SmackDown, the only other credible heels on RAW at the moment are The Revival.
Aside from just convenience, Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder have the best opportunity to get great matches out of Matt and Bray. The commentary team on RAW go on and on about how they're tag team specialists, but they're rarely if ever given the opportunity to show it in a big match situation. With Matt and Bray carrying the character side of things while Dash and Dawson pick up the slack in-ring, this pairing has the chance to actually make RAW's tag scene worth watching.
