6. The Dragon Flies Again - Ricky Steamboat

Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat shocked the world when he came out of retirement at WrestleMania 25 and absolutely killed it.

Teaming alongside Jimmy Snuka and Roddy Piper to take on Chris Jericho, Steamboat proved he still had it after 14 years out of the ring. He was more athletic than Snuka and Piper put together... although, that isn't saying much.

Some tortoises would also fit that bill.

The Steamboat comeback tour didn't end there, as he actually wrestled the very next night on Raw as part of a ten-man tag. Then, at Backlash 2009, Steamboat wrestled his first televised WWE singles match since 1991 when he took on Jericho again.

Considering that Ricky was 56 years old at the time, the match was pretty good. Sure, it wasn't Omega vs Okada, but come on! The man was old enough to be a grandfather!

Steamboat's unbelievable performance at WrestleMania was one of the feel-good stories of the year, so it was wonderful to see him get more moments in the spotlight off the back of it.

Fun fact, Steamboat also wrestled on the house show circuit for WWE, including several matches against Drew McIntyre.

Wrestling is weird.
