7. Chris Jericho vs. John Cena (Survivor Series 2008)

"Ask him, ref! Ask him!"

Uber-heel Chris Jericho was a one-man riot in 2008. After an awkward re-entry to WWE life in late-2007 (a run that sapped Y2J of all his prior cool), Jericho turned into an insufferable heel who arrogantly targeted childhood hero Shawn Michaels. Once that story wrapped at No Mercy, he needed someone else to dance with.

Who better than genetic freak and he who laughs at serious neck injuries, John Cena? WWE's Superman returned in time for Survivor Series '08 and eyed up Jericho's World Heavyweight Title. What's more, fans in the old Boston Gardens were right there with him, and they couldn't wait to see 'Super Cena' put a mouthy Canadian berk in his place.

The reaction to Cena's entrance alone is worth seeing, and so is a closing stretch that should have everyone excited whether they know the finish or not. Cena's biggest detractors should rightly eat humble pie once they see performances like this one, and it's not cool the match has become forgotten.
