10 Former WWE Stars Who Should Return In 2018

8. The Original Sin Cara

This one is extremely unlikely, as the former Mistico left WWE with plenty of enemies and a reputation as a botcher. He's a major star in Mexico, too, and walking away from a big spot in CMLL to return to a company he didn't exactly have a pleasant experience with the first time around would be a wrench. Still, that doesn't mean bringing him back is a bad idea, as he'd likely tear it up on Triple H's reborn 205 Live, and would fit in well alongside the likes of Kalisto and Gran Metalik.

A new gimmick would be required, as the former Hunico has since inherited the Sin Cara character. This is for the best, though. A fresh image and identity would let him to distance himself from his hard-botching past, allowing him to succeed on merit without being handicapped by the past.

Now working as Caristico, the former Sin Cara is as great as he ever was between the ropes, and he's not under full-time contract with CMLL, so he's open to an approach. Burned bridges would need to be rebuilt first, but he'd make a tremendous Cruiserweight.
