10 Former WWE Stars Who Should Return In 2018

3. Trish Stratus

Though she hasn't wrestled full-time in over 11 years, and has long since moved on from the sport, Trish Stratus is comfortably the biggest women's wrestling name that WWE could possibly bring back in 2018.

Her Royal Rumble appearance was tremendous, and she performed as if she'd never been away. Her run was one of the bout's biggest highlights, and after briefly reprising her rivalry with Mickie James, she squared up to Sasha Banks, raising anticipation for a potential match between the two. Sadly, as things stand, we may never see such a showdown.

That'd be a shame. As a Women's Revolution forebearer, it'd be great to see Stratus mix it up with the stars of today. She's still hugely popular, and while a full-time road schedule probably wouldn't suit the new mother's lifestyle, a part-time role provides the obvious solution.

Imagine what a match with her could do for a Banks, Bayley, or Becky Lynch, or someone further down the ranks, like a Sonya Deville or Mandy Rose. Even if Trish isn't quite at her old level, she'd still be a major scalp for anyone able to topple her.
