Conventional wrestling wisdom is that, if a wrestler can do impressive things in the ring, they should be a babyface.

It's harder to boo someone if they can pull off remarkable feats of athleticism. Take Naomi for example, one of the most agile performers WWE have ever had on their books.

A former dancer, Naomi has wowed audiences with her flexibility and coordination throughout her career. Combine this with an infectiously positive attitude and her incredibly popular 'Feel the Glow' gimmick, and you've got yourself a recipe for a bright, colourful babyface-for-life.

Or so we thought.

Naomi first went heel in 2016, when she teamed up with her in-law, Tamina. This laid the groundwork for one of the best periods of her entire career - Proceed with Caution. Once it was revealed that she had attacked Jade Cargill in late 2024, Naomi went through a massive transformation. She began wearing caution tape-themed gear and cutting down her enemies with her wicked tongue. She won Money in the Bank and cashed in to become Women's World Champion at Evolution. Her run was only cut short when she revealed she was pregnant.

We eagerly await her return.
