New Japan built the 'Ticking Time Bomb' for months before revealing that it was in reference to a returning Hiromu Takahashi. The man formerly known as Kamaitachi made it known immediately that his sights were set on the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship.
Hiromu vs Kushida was one of many stellar matches to be wildly outshone by Omega and Okada, but it was at Wrestle Kingdom XI that the IWGP Jr. belt found its way into the hands of Hiromu.
