10 Greatest Entrances In UFC History

6. Michael Bisping (UFC 204)

... but sometimes they do.

Michael Bisping had finally done it. He won the big one and was now your reigning, defending UFC Middleweight Champion of the World.

Where to now?

Dana White - smelling cash in the water - jumped on the opportunity to book a fight that every UFC fan in the world wanted to witness.

Bisping vs. Dan Henderson II at UFC 204.

The last time these two went to war was at UFC 100, when Henderson eviscerated The Count with one of the most sickening H-Bombs MMA has ever seen. Fast forward seven years and Bisping would finally get the chance to redeem a KO that had filled highlight packages in the interim, in his hometown of Manchester.

The reception that Bisping received upon returning home nearly brought down the Manchester Arena and you couldn't help but cheer along for the man who had finally climbed the mountain and was now attempting to hold it.

It was one of those beautiful, heartwarming moments that sport has a tendency of offering us - a fairytale ending.

Bisping would conquer Henderson and banish the ghosts of his past, yet it was the Manchester setting that pushed a decent contest into the realm of legendary.
