10 HUGE AEW X NJPW Forbidden Door 2023 Predictions You Need To Know

7. Orange Cassidy (c) Vs. Zack Sabre Jr. Vs. Katsuyori Shibata Vs. Daniel Garcia

Elephant in the room - the tag team match pitting Cassidy and Shibata against Sabre Jr and Garcia on the go-home edition of AEW Dynamite was a little underwhelming. But this match should turn that negative into a positive.

There were two bits of good news to come from a bad tug-of-war post-match segment though. One was that the doubles encounter wasn't split into two singles title matches on a show that already has more than enough on it. The other was that the quality of the quartet going into battle over Orange Cassidy's International Championship cast-iron guarantees that this will be the latest in a long line of awesome title defences.

A perfect mix of styles that all have equal parts sizzle and steak, the faux sports entertainment shtick from Daniel Garcia will mesh wonderfully with Katsuyori Shibata's uncompromising in-ring brilliance just as Cassidy's faux-chill will with Zack Sabre Jr's array of vice-like grips.

Challengers of a different kind, but not ones the fighting Champion can't survive.

Winner - Orange Cassidy
