10 Iconic WrestleMania Moments Nobody Will Ever Forget
6. Undertaker, Triple H And HBK Tell A Story (WrestleMania 28)
Next to Stone Cold Steve Austin, the three biggest Superstars to perform in WWE during the Attitude Era were Shawn Michaels, Triple H and The Undertaker. Like Austin, these three men came up through the territory system and paid their dues through blood sweat and tears. Their careers would be linked for the majority of their individual runs as they helped take WWE to new heights. Vince McMahon's company was able to surpass WCW and that victory was thanks in large part to the work put in by this legendary trio of performers. It was only fitting that the three men together had a WrestleMania moment for the ages and that moment took place in 2012. That Mania saw The Game try for a second consecutive year to end The Deadman's streak only this time, he had his best friend as the special guest referee. It was a brilliant booking move and one that paid off in the end. Shawn lived the match from start to finish and wasn't even a competitor. His face and his body language told the story as Hunter and Taker waged war in the ring. The match was considered to be an instant classic as it showcased all three men at their best and provided drama that only stars of their caliber could deliver.
