10 Incredibly-Short Turnarounds Between UFC Fights
6. Michael Bisping (21 Days)
There are no bones about it: Michael Bisping is one tough motherf***er.
As if his Hall of Fame career isn't proof enough of that, 'The Count' would definitively confirm this in his final two fights. Bisping defended his Middleweight Championship against a returning Georges St. Pierre at UFC 217 on 4 November 2017. Though he fought valiantly, he would ultimately lose the fight via rear-naked choke in Round 3.
Literally one week later, the UFC announced that Bisping would be stepping in to fight Kelvin Gastelum as a replacement for Anderson Silva, who pissed hot in an out-of-competition drug test. So, just three weeks after main-eventing UFC 217 against a man who is arguably the greatest mixed martial artist of all time, Bisping would fight in yet another main event against Gastelum. Ultimately, Gastelum made quick work of Bisping, knocking him out halfway through Round 1.
Bisping would later announce that he was retiring from competition due to persistent eye injuries stemming from a 2013 fight against a juiced-up Vitor Belfort. So, not only did he fight both GSP and Kelvin Gastelum just three weeks apart from one another - he did it with one eye.
That is one tough motherf***er.
