6. Have Him Lose For A Couple Of Months
Wrestling fans dont like to be told who they are supposed to and not supposed to like. Currently, Reigns is playing the role of an underdog, but to be loved by fans, he actually has to be an underdog. And so, the best thing Reigns can do right now is: A) Lose to Lesnar at Wrestlemania, and B) Continue losing at the subsequent two PPVs. These losses dont have to be squashes they can be a series of brutal, hard fought matches against top tier talent, where Reigns barely comes up short. Instead of forcing him into a main event spotlight, the WWE should let him pay his dues, and give us someone to root for. Fans love the underdog narrative, but its breaks the kayfabe illusion to have the underdog booked so strongly.
