Before Diamond Dallas Page offered a place at his home for Scott Hall, the man's life was jam-packed full of legal problems. In 2012, police were called to Hall's home in Florida due to reports of domestic violence. The wrestler's then-girlfriend, Lisa Howell reported that Hall had choked her whilst he was drunk. Subsequently, Scott was arrested and placed in jail overnight. Later, charges were dropped against Hall, and he ensured everyone that the choking allegations were false. This wasn't the first time that Scott Hall had been arrested for a domestic incident. In 1998, he was in trouble with police for allegedly groping a 56-year old woman. Following the reported domestic abuse incident, DDP reached out to Hall. Since then, the man's life has been far less controversial. There have been incidents between Hall and independent wrestling promoters, but reports of drinking have started to dry up. There's no doubt that Scott Hall was on a rocky road before Page intervened and offered to help.
