10 Last-Minute WWE Elimination Chamber 2017 Predictions
6. Naomi Will Win Via Disqualification
When Naomi pinned Alexa Bliss in 6-woman tag action on the Royal Rumble pre-show, this one had filler feud written all over it.
Since then, though, Naomi’s gone from strength to strength with some solid performances both in the ring and on the mic. Two days after pinning Bliss at the Rumble, she repeated the trick in another tag match on SmackDown, before cleaning house the following week when the contract signing for their match this Sunday degenerated into the customary melee.
On top of all that, there’s been a late odds swing in favour of Naomi, suggesting that she is indeed going to defeat Bliss come Elimination Chamber. However, it’s worth bearing in mind that those betting odds don’t stipulate how that win might arrive, meaning that Naomi may indeed beat Bliss but in a way that sees the champion retain her title.
Ultimately, it still feels a little too soon for Naomi to be winning the brand’s top title, so a win over Bliss via disqualification looks to be the likeliest outcome for Sunday.
