10 Main Roster WWE Talents That Should Be Clamouring For NXT Switch

Better to be a big fish in a smaller pond than a midcarder on RAW?

Is NXT the place to be? It€™s not as ridiculous a question as it might seem at first glance. One could argue, given Raw and Smackdown€™s habit of repeating themselves over and over and over again, that NXT is a much fresher show that Raw. It can also be argued that with the influx of talent coming NXT€™s way, including Fergal Devitt, Kenta and Kevin Steen, that NXT might have a more concentrated talent pool than any of the main roster shows. If you€™ve seen an episode of NXT, it€™s hard to argue that it isn€™t the WWE€™s most consistently entertaining and well produced hour of weekly television (Good Old JR said as much on Twitter this week). It€™s not always great, but rarely is it ever as bad as some segments on Raw can be. It€™s an easy, fun watch, which is all a wrestling fan can ask for. That's why it€™s funny to hear that NXT standouts Sami Zayn and Adrain Neville are frustrated that they haven€™t made it up to the main roster yet. It€™s understandable that they are hungry and want to make the leap to the big time, but the fact is that many fans would say that they are the stars on the WWE€™s best weekly show right now. It€™s easy to get lost in the shuffle on the main roster, to be marginalized and have your chances pulled out from under you before you even have a chance to do something with them. On NXT you get time to develop and showcase characters, and stories in a way the main roster doesn€™t have the time or the patience for. In fact, there are several superstars on the main roster that should be clamoring to get on NXT, so they can have fun doing their jobs again. This week, we€™ll look at 10 WWE Main Roster Talents that should be clamoring to get on NXT, not only to develop as characters, but to get in the ring with fresh faces and be part of the WWE€™s most digestible and simply entertaining hour of programming. As always, comments are welcomed and appreciated. Be sure to tell us which names you agreed or disagreed with, and what names you€™d add. Without further delay, here are the 10 wrestlers that should be begging to get onto NXT!
