10 Mistakes From WrestleMania 36 That WWE Must Not Repeat

1. Recording Content For Raw

This was plain odd.

Big Show ambled out minutes after Drew McIntyre pinned Brock Lesnar to become WWE Champion, and he challenged the Scot to a sudden title defence after WrestleMania 36's cameras had gone off the air. WWE didn't keep them rolling, but chose to show this match "as live" on Raw 24 hours later. Huh?

This experiment failed. It hurt the "anything can happen" vibes fans have come to know and love from that post-'Mania episode, and WWE also did a poor job of explaining that McIntyre had just wrestled Brock in a finisher-heavy title match. The new champ actually looked fresh as a daisy during his business with Show.

That 'night after' Raw is a gem on WWE's calendar. Sure, it's definitely hampered when there are no fans in attendance, but this Show vs. Drew challenge should've happened live. If anything, it should've kicked things off on Monday night instead of being tacked on to 'Mania like some dark match extra.
