1. The Dark Order
Would somebody please stop this pain?
AEW's product has moved on from Dark Order, and it's high time Tony Khan realised it. Evil Uno, John Silver and Alex Reynolds regularly come across as an indy stable on episodes of Dynamite, Collision or Rampage, and that's a real problem in a major promotion that wants to grow.
In short, the trio lack menace. They're whimsical when babyface, but borderline-goofy when going the heel route and playing hard cases (or trying to). That isn't good - fans shouldn't giggle at Silver's wide eyes or treat The Order like some 'Z' list Ministry Of Darkness without The Undertaker.
Perhaps Silver, Reynolds and Uno could land in different spots if they were given the chance. That's worth a go, because there's next-to-no value in continuing down The Dark Order path any longer. This faction cannot linger around for the entirety of 2024.
