10 Most Feel-Good Title Wins In Wrestling
1. Daniel Bryan (WWE WrestleMania 30)
The 'Miracle on Bourbon Street' is perhaps the greatest moment in WrestleMania history and is certainly the most rewarding title win that fans have witnessed at the 'Show of Shows'. Daniel Bryan is undoubtedly one of the greatest wrestlers of all time, but he also had to become an elite sports entertainer so that he could make it to the top of WWE.
Bryan did just that after adapting his hard-hitting, technical style for a mainstream audience, despite Michael Cole repeatedly calling him boring on commentary. The 'American Dragon' became World Heavyweight Champion in late 2011 after cashing in his Money in the Bank contract but lost the title in an embarrassing fashion at WrestleMania 28 to Sheamus. Losing the title in 18 seconds could have spelled disaster for Bryan's prospect as a main-event talent, but he got over again as part of Team Hell-No and in 2013 seemed destined to be a world champion again.
He fulfilled this promise by defeating John Cena for the WWE Championship at SummerSlam 2013 but lost the title immediately to Randy Orton after he cashed in his Money in the Bank contract. This gave rise to the 'YES! Movement' where fans defiantly campaigned for Bryan to compete for the title he lost at WrestleMania 30.
The rest is history, as he defeated all three members of Evolution in one night to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and cement his legacy as one of the best and most beloved performers of the century.
