5. Tiffany Stratton
The standout performer from WWE’s new wave of female talent has been Tiffany Stratton, who has progressed very quickly since having her first professional wrestling match just last year. 2022 saw the young star shake off the initial limitations of the one-dimensional 'Daddy's Girl' character to become a formidable in-ring talent with supreme athletic ability.
Stratton had some very good outings against the likes of Roxanne Perez and Wendy Choo, with her last match coming in a Lights Out stipulation against the latter. The former gymnast has unfortunately not been seen since the bout, as she sustained an injury in the hardcore match in August - but is apparently due to return soon, hopefully just in time for the new year.
NXT 2.0 and WWE's new recruitment policy has yet to spawn many great talents, but Tiffany Stratton has almost made the developmental change seem justified by her own success. 2023 should be a very big year for the 23-year-old, who could return to NXT or move up to the main roster as she is as ready as she'll ever be to take the leap up to Raw or SmackDown.
