Is there any other option for the TakeOver: Brooklyn main event? Triple H pretty much confirmed that this match is going to happen in the future, and I think all and sundry will be thrilled at the idea. Samoa Joe finally vanquished the Demon and can move onto new challengers for his NXT Championship, and that challenge may come in the shape of a eccentric charismatic violence machine from Kyoto, Japan.

The Shinsuke Nakamura/Austin Aries match was built around both men wanting to be NXT Champion, and as a result became something of a number one contender match. Nakamura was victorious, and surely positioned himself at the head of the queue as a result.

NXT might not go with the obvious however, and with new talent arriving any number of permutations are possible for Joe's next challenge. How do Bobby Roode, Aries, and a returning Hideo Itami fit into all of this?

Honestly speaking, hopefully nowhere for now. Give me Samoa Joe vs. Shinsuke Nakamura for the NXT Championship, and give it me now.

Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man.
