3. A Balor-less NXT

People, myself included, have been speculating on Finn Balor making his way to the main roster for what feels like an age now, and his loss in the main event surely means this is just a coffee cup away from happening? There is nothing left for the former NXT Champion to do in the developmental brand after all, other than marquee singles matches against the incoming talent.

If Balor does indeed move to the main roster sooner rather than later and subsequently doesn't perform at TakeOver: Brooklyn, it will be the first TakeOver special without Balor since December 2014, the same show that saw Sami Zayn defeat Adrian Neville for the NXT Championship and Kevin Owens make his in-ring company debut.

It is best for both NXT and Balor for the Irishman to move on. TakeOver: The End... may very well have been that for this relationship.
