10 New Directions For WWE After Clash Of Champions 2019

1. The 'Fiend' Becoming Universal Champion

Once Bray Wyatt's 'Fiend' loses for the first time, there's no going back.

Wyatt will shed approximately 99% of his aura by being pinned, and that's something WWE need to keep in mind before they leap head first into this feud between he and Seth Rollins. If the masked horror isn't winning that Universal Title, then cancel the whole thing now. There's nothing to be gained by damaging him when he's the hottest character in the company.

The alternative is to crown him the new champ at Hell In A Cell against a powerless Rollins. Then, the announcers can put Wyatt over even more by pointing out that, though Seth matched Brock Lesnar's 'Beast' mantra, he's helpless to stop this 'Fiend' from running roughshod.

Ideally, Bray wouldn't need a championship to prolong his fascinating reinvention, but WWE are cruising towards that ending like excitable kids telling a camp fire story. Fingers crossed they're not booking Bray's behemoth to "Run" before he can walk.
