There's been a lot of speculation about whether the WWE will again consider splitting their brands, especially when they have such a wealth of talent (not to mention those who will soon reach the main roster from NXT). Some fans would love to see this happen and others would undoubtedly hate it, but as long as a fresh approach of some sort could be found, a brand split could work. For Daniel Bryan in particular, it could be a game changer. Bryan revealed in a recent interview that one of his requests upon his return was that he be made the face of SmackDown as he wants to do everything in his power to turn around the fortunes of the show that most wrestling fans skip. Giving Bryan his own show essentially would give a large portion of fans what they want; him in the top spot. SmackDown could even become the show known for wrestling thanks to him, while Raw could just be...Raw.
