It also sucks that those same fans are supposed to buy into the idea that Bobby Lashley is a comedic genius who goes along with all the silliness happening around him.

Lashley's meditation segment with Jinder Mahal on Raw was the latest example of WWE's writing team getting him all wrong. They really should have learned their lesson when that 'Bobby's Sisters' skit with Sami Zayn had people in the stands palming their foreheads. Comedy isn't Lashley's strong suit, and it never will be.

He's most effective when threatening opponents, showing off his impressive physique and then using that to outmuscle them in hard-hitting, power-based matches. Impact Wrestling got it right with Bobby booking him as a monster against Drew McIntyre, so why can't Raw's creative minds get with the program? What are they not seeing here?

Shoe-horning Lashley into comedy segments is doing him more harm than good, and it's ridiculous that he's asked to switch between meditation fluff and claiming he'd beat Brock Lesnar.
