10 Positives Heading Into WWE Fastlane 2017
8. Braun Strowman
It’s difficult to pinpoint a single facet of Braun Strowman’s game in which he’s really excelled lately, because in recent weeks, he has delivered the goods in just about every department.
Strowman’s more than held his own on the mic when required, while in the ring, he’s powerslammed two of the biggest dudes on the entire roster in Mark Henry and the Big Show. That in itself would be reason enough to sing Strowman’s praises - but on top of all that, we’ve also started seeing a more cerebral side to the big man.
Prior to his recent Universal title bout with Kevin Owens, Strowman was smart enough to take out Chris Jericho ahead of the match to prevent him from running an interference. Then, just this past week, he insisted on having Roman Reigns sign a contract to confirm their meeting at Fastlane, ensuring there’d be no risk of him backing out of the fight.
While he’s usually known for his brawn (ahem), it’s his brains that have been every bit as impressive as of late, making him one of the most complete characters on the roster and a real highlight of the build to Fastlane.
