10 Potential WWE Super ShowDown 2020 Opponents For Goldberg
8. The Revival
Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder are deliberately small on that mock-up match graphic.
There are major doubts about their WWE futures right now, and most on social media seem to believe The Revival will be plying their trade in AEW before the end of the year. Assuming Dash and Dawson have informed WWE of their intent to leave, then they can brace themselves to check into the Squash Match Hotel.
Even if they haven't, a two-on-one kicking at the hands of Goldberg could still happen. The Revival have been iced out of the Tag-Team Title picture recently, and they've spent a ton of time whinging on screen about silly gimmicks, stipulation matches and WWE's sports entertainment presentation. A handicap booting from someone who's made a career out of being no-frills might be on the agenda.
It'd fit the story and tick another box in the column for WWE's undying need to make regular tag-teams look inferior to singles stars. The Revival might take the same kind of beating Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson did from Drew McIntyre recently on Raw.
