10 Questions Every WWE Tag Team Should Ask Each Other

6. Music?

Again, this may seem somewhat arbitrary, but it matters in most cases. Sure if you’re The Usos or The Hardys, and you break into the industry as a tag team, your choice of music is simple. Find or have someone create something that sounds cool, and use it as your theme (granted both partners agree on the music).

That said, how do you proceed if you debuted as singles competitors and are now venturing into the tag team division. Each guy has their own theme song, so how do you proceed? There are four schools of though.

You can keep your individual entrances. Yes it is a bad look for you as a tag team because it reflects how disconnected you you are, but it is an option. You can choose one of your theme songs and use it as your tag team music, although that makes one partner seem more important than the other.

You can do a mash-up remix of your theme songs, not unlike the Big Show/Chris Jericho theme mashup that can be heard in the YouTube video above.

Finally you can just get new music like The New Age Outlaws did when they formed their team. There is no wrong answer here, what matters is that you have the discussion and decide on it as a team. It's a small but important part of team building.
