10 Quick Fixes For WWE When Crowds Return

5. Adam Cole Wins The NXT Championship

Adam Cole's recent NXT return wasn't without flaws, but a full-throated "ADAM COLE BAY BAY" from a capacity crowd will be without compare.

Strap the handsome f*cker back up to make the most of it.

Cole incinerated current Champion Karrion Kross with a promo that parroted many of the widely visible criticisms of his work thus far, with Kross himself looking better for agreeing to the violence and chaos of a Fatal Five Way he's likely to win at TakeOver: In Your House.

Should NXT run a TakeOver during SummerSlam weekend (and it's a safe assumption they will), Cole winning a title match will make the most effective use of a live audience and perhaps give Kross a singles match he can hang his hat on.

The former Undisputed Era leader hasn't won a singles match in 2021, but has wriggled his way back into contention nonetheless. It'd set the table nicely for a rematch with Kyle O'Reilly too, reparing some of the damage done by their Stand & Deliver snoozer.
