4. Terrible Shows - Throughout May

May is an awkward month for WWE, a sort of hangover from the excitement of WrestleMania. The company just can't seem to get their creative right in May, a curse which stretches back all the way to the era of the 'Judgement Day' pay per view which usually ended up a bust. That show had main events such as Cena vs JBL in 2005, Khali vs Undertaker in 2006 and Cena vs Khali in 2007. The storylines going in were as bad as the matches. The modern day May PPV isn't much better. Anybody remember the Cena vs Ryback from Extreme Rules last year? No, thought not. This year hasn't been much better, with creative calling for WWE Champion Daniel Bryan and his screaming wife to run away from Kane. It's been so bad that some people have claimed the May booking has undone much of Bryan's momentum built up before his Mania 30 title win. You can't really argue with that analysis, Bryan's reactions are nowhere near what they were a few months ago. When it comes to booking and creative, May continues to be a dud month for WWE.
