10 Reasons Roman Reigns Is Outdrawing John Cena At WWE Shows

10. Arena Choices

The first thing that should be mentioned is the building choices this past week. Cena's tour was put on a regular building in Florida, while Reigns' tour got to go abroad to San Juan, Puerto Rico. That's obviously going to make a difference. Reigns was main eventing in a hot territory that only occasionally has WWE passing through. Cena on the other hand was main eventing in a territory that is over-exposed, and consistently plays host to WWE shows throughout the state. It should also be considered, what were the building sizes? If Reigns draws 13,000 in a 22,000 seat building, but Cena draws 6,500 in an 8,000 seat building, then it could be that Cena is actually the hotter draw. What this point goes to show is that numbers can't always be trusted. But that's not to take any thing away from Reigns, especially when you consider the August 30 date had both tours in Florida.
