10 Reasons The Shield Will Inevitably Reform In 2015

4. The Tag Team Division Needs The Competition

WWE's tag team division can sometimes be a little lacking, but with a troop of twosomes, including the incredible Tyson Kidd and Cesaro, the high-flying Usos, the newcomers The Ascension, and the current titleholders The New Day, The Shield would never be bored. Although Rollins and Reigns tended to break off as a tag team while Ambrose defended his United States Championship during the first iteration of The Shield, the group dynamics would have to change. This time Rollins would be out of the tag team title picture as the current WWE World Heavyweight Champion. Instead, Ambrose and Reigns would team together, which already makes a lot of sense. The powerhouse offense of Reigns combined with the agility and sheer insanity of Ambrose would be a very viable threat against The New Day, The Ascension, and any other challengers. If the two won the Tag Team Championships and Rollins held on to his WWE World Heavyweight title, The Shield would have a considerable monopoly over WWE.
