10 Reasons Why WWE Creative Is Nuts

6. Putting 66 People On WrestleMania 30 Card Is Too Much

Whoever thought that the best thing WWE could do for WrestleMania was have 66 people on the card was dead wrong. There are 44 people announced for two matches: the 30 man battle royal and the 14 diva invitational, which doesn't even have a clear sense of rules by this point.

Do you realize that after Rosa Mendes competes at WrestleMania 30 that she'll have more WM matches than Lita, who is in the WWE Hall of Fame this year? Lita was a manager for a lot of her career, but that seems really weird. Rosa will also have more WrestleMania matches than the likes of Dusty Rhodes, Arn Anderson and Jerry Lawler, among others.

Maybe putting 66 people on the WrestleMania card is WWE's way of making the locker room happy since they won't get PPV buy bonuses after the launch of WWE Network. A bump in pay would help morale, but there's no guarantee that any wrestler would get that.

It would have been better if they had two or three meaningful matches in the midcard. Something like Big E vs. Cesaro for the IC Title or Dean Ambrose putting the US Title in a four way match. At least then the matches could be better. Instead, they are tossing a bunch of guys into one match and thinking that's what is the best for the show. It's not. It's just a sign of lazy booking.
