7. Breeding Ground Of Talent

Looking across all the major wrestling promotions in existence right now, they all boast phenomenal rosters, packed to the brim with a vast mixture of talent.

In Impact Wrestling, the styles from the maniacal onslaught of Eric Young, the sheer smarminess of Ace Austin, the comedic nature of The Deaners, the tactical and technical prowess of Deonna Purrazzo, the list goes on. This pool of talent is what gives Impact each show its great in-ring action.

It's no secret that Impact used to have a tendency to snap up the recently-released WWE talents at the time just for the sake of having them on the payroll. While a good chunk of them managed to find success in the Impact Zone (Kurt Angle, Team 3D, Christian Cage, etc.), there were still some of sadly fell flat. Your writer still isn't over how they did Monty Brown dirty like that.

Granted, they did hire a handful of those released this past April, however, they've all been used to perfection thus far. The Good Brothers are in the title picture, Deonna Purrazzo is Knockouts Champion, Eric Young is World Champion, and Heath has an enjoyable contract story going on with executive vice president Scott D'Amore.

It's only really EC3 who has been a tad lacklustre out of that crop, although it's unclear if he'll be around for much longer given his impending arrival in Ring of Honor.
