10 Receipts Wrestlers Still Owe

Mick Foley has never been especially silent with his thoughts about The Rock's vicious barrage of chair shots at the 1999 Royal Rumble. As Mankind, Mick took one hell of a beating - he'd agreed to some of the hits, but disliked the way Rock went into business for himself by repeatedly raining down blow after blow.

He wasn't the only one.

Foley's young family cried and worried for his safety from the stands, and Sean Waltman claims Rocky was disturbed by what had just happened backstage himself. The fallout was brutal, so much so that Mick was keen to hold onto the resentment he had for his coworker when they eventually teamed together as 'The Rock N' Sock Connection'.

He planned to use that as fuel if he ever turned on his partner, but that didn't end up happening. Mankind would never get his revenge on The Rock for handcuffing him then blasting him with 11 thunderous chair shots in front of his wife and kids.
