10 Retired Wrestlers Who Are Still In Amazing Shape

1. Kevin Nash

'Big Sexy' also knows a thing or two about injuries, pain and gritting one's teeth. Nash has been through the wringer with his legs in recent times, but he's been able to keep up solid upper body workouts that pile on mass and probs make him feel better about himself.

He's top of the list because some recent social media posts have been stunning.

Following Nash on Instagram is a treat, if only 'cause he's so open and honest about how challenging his body can be. It's pretty inspiring to learn that even 'Big Daddy Cool' struggles to get up for the gym, and it's amazing that the 60-year old is such a muscular tank today.

Kevin has managed to put some more muscle onto those troublesome legs over the past 12 months too. He puts a lot of work in, reaps the rewards and likes the gratification of sharing his results on social media. There's nothing wrong with that.
