10 Second Generation WWE Stars Who Totally Failed

While Randy Orton used the leg-up provided by is famous father Cowboy Bob to become one of the biggest WWE stars of his generation, the same can't be said of his uncle Barry.

Barry Orton was the son of the original Bob Orton, and got into the wrestling business around the same time as his brother (Randy's dad). He competed for a host of promotions in the late seventies and early eighties, including the WWF.

That's not a bad résumé to have, on paper, but the reality is that he came nowhere close to reaching the same heights of the rest of his family, evidence for which is the fact that he was forced to retire before his 40th birthday.

In fairness, though, he did at least have a hand in training up the young Randy, which is a claim to fame in itself. We're sure The Viper will have something nice to say about him when he's inducted into the Hall of Fame in a couple of years time.
