Unlike the aforementioned Torrie Wilson, Trish Stratus did actually take part in her fair share of legendary matches during her run as a WWE in-ring talent.

Despite her illustrious CV, though, she also wasn't specifically known for being a hyper athletic performer in-between the ropes during her prime years. Yet, when Stratus eventually retired from full-time competition back in 2006 that all changed.

Two years after leaving the company, Stratus opened up a yoga studio by the name of Stratusphere, which was referred to as 'Canada's largest eco-friendly yoga studio'.

Stratus completely embraced the world of yoga and now also runs a website which offers workout tips and nutritional advice, on top of a whole host of fitness products which she also endorses.

By keeping herself in truly incredible shape in the wake of her full-time wrestling career coming to an end, Stratus has been able to happily step back into the ring with ease whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Her appearances in the first Women's Royal Rumble in 2017, a tag match with Lita against Mickie James and Alicia Fox at Evolution in 2018 and her recent passing of the torch contest against Charlotte Flair at SummerSlam 2019 have all proven just how well conditioned Stratus' ripped body still is nearly 15 years on from her full-time retirement.
