7. The Great Khali

WWE.comHow do you only win one championship during your time with the WWE, yet make a list for wrestlers with too many title reigns? Answer: when your name is The Great Khali. Khali is the perfect example of just how poorly regarded the World Heavyweight Championship was in comparison to the WWE Championship. The two were supposed to be on a par when it came to relevance and importance; yet a glance at the men who have won the WHC tells you all you need to know. Khali chiefs up the list of men who simply didn't have any right to win a major championship, and the fact he won it on SmackDown (as opposed to pay-per-view) tells you all you need to know. His reign lasted 61 days, but yet he simply faded into obscurity after dropping the belt to Batista - around 61 days too late. The Great Khali should never have been near the main event scene in the WWE, and the short amount of TV time he has gotten over the last five years proves that the company know they made a mistake.
