6. Crash Holly
WWE.comHang on, you're including Crash Holly but yet are leaving out Raven - the man who has won more Hardcore Championships than Crash? Well for starters, the ridiculous 24/7 ruling was actually introduced by Crash, which holds him directly accountable for the sheer number of times the title changed hands. Entertaining? You bet it was. But it was pretty annoying to see the title lose its relevance. And as well as that, Crash has success elsewhere in the WWE, too. He won the Light Heavyweight Championship on a solitary occasion, as well as the tag titles (with Hardcore Holly, of course) and a European Championship. Was Crash Holly a poor wrestler? Absolutely not. But he picked up way more titles than he should have done during his career, before it was tragically cut short in 2003. It's even more amazing to stack up Holly's accolades when you consider just how long he spent in the lower reaches of the card - and unfortunately, there was definitely a reason for that.
