2. Non-Elite Stars

The clue's in the name really: All "Elite" Wrestling.

The final three matches on Double or Nothing (as well as the high stakes Casino Battle Royale) all featured the stars of "The Elite". The only member not to record a victory in Vegas was Kenny Omega, but he was still in the main event of the show.

It makes sense to launch AEW off the The Elite's existing success - they're all accomplished stars in their own right and their exploits on YouTube and other social media platforms have gathered them quite the following.

However, fans aren't necessarily going to enjoy having The Elite shoved down their throats every week once AEW get on TV. One way to avoid this is to build up some talent from outside of the former Bullet Club members.

It's clear that AEW have big plans for guys like MJF, and The Lucha Brothers also received a high-profile match on the show, but the company has so much more depth to its roster than just these acts. Luchasaurus impressed in the Battle Royal, as did Ace Romero, and the pre-show singles match between Kip Sabian and Sammy Guevara caught a lot of people's attention.

Whilst The Elite have earned their place at the top of the card in AEW, it's important for them to remember that they have other employees too.
