10 Things GFW Can Do To Make An Impact On Wrestling
8. A New Set

Similar to the colour scheme, the Impact Wrestling set has changed very little in recent years. In fact, a generic ramp way with Tron screens at the top has become an uninspired staple of wrestling in general since the mid-90s.
As disastrous as the Hogan era of TNA was, one thing that made the show immediately different following his arrival was the entrance way. More akin to early '90s WCW or late '90s ECW, the ramp was made level to the ring and made the product visually different to any WWE show. While it did hinder high-flying spots to the outside at times, it also allowed wrestlers to create new spots at the same time.
Another option would be to take it back a step further and opt for a more low-key entrance way. Mainstream wrestling has been presented with the big screen/ramp combination for decades now and it’s almost as if everyone is afraid to change the formula. A simplistic entrance, akin to the Madison Square Garden entry opposite the hard cam, would be drastically different and a refreshing change.
With GFW already using a designated entrance route for Konnan and his LAX, there’s nothing stopping them from reshuffling the deck and making the change across the board.
