5. Rematch With Okada
Kenny Omega and Kazuchika Okada displayed some unbelievable chemistry in the Tokyo Dome and used it to tell one of the greatest in-ring stories the wrestling world has ever seen. A six-star match may seem like an untouchable precedent to try and reach but when you factor in just how young these two are (Omega is 33, Okada is 29!), with some of their best matches ahead of them a sequel could very well top the original.
Okada is about to head into a title match with the returning Minoru Suzuki, and while the veteran could steal an unlikely victory, Okada is firmly cemented as NJPW's face of the future. If Kenny wants to make his return to New Japan worth it he needs to supplant the Japanese Ace and plant his flag atop the company. A loss that was so devastating it nearly sent Omega packing, Kenny must erase this one blemish from his meteoric rise up the ranks.
