10 Things We Learned From The Usos On Talk Is Jericho

8. Life As Twins

Jericho asks what it was like growing up as twins, mentioning that he has twin daughters of his own. They speak about their experiences and the uncanny prescient connection that twins share which borders on the supernatural. The two were always close; two of Rikishi's nine children overall. They of course tried to pull a switcheroo while in school but got caught when one of the brothers wrote his own name on the test rather than the one he was pretending to be. The two also tell a funny story from their freshman year of high school where Jimmy pretended to be Jey, breaking up with Jey's girlfriend for no reason. Luckily it didn't cause any lasting damage because that young lady eventually became Jey's wife and they're still together to this day. The Usos--which is actually the Samoan word for "brothers"--talk about how their closeness enables them to have abnormal chemistry in the ring, always having a sense of what the other is thinking and where he's going to be. If you've watched their matches this is very apparent as the two definitely seem to be in sync at all times.
