AEW are already developing their own little community that, unlike ye olden times in wrestling, doesn't those on the lower end of the card. That's been one of the best parts of Tony Khan's work as a company figurehead to date; 'Sweet T' (his new nickname, whether he likes it or not) is creating quite the positive rep for himself.

Here's how it all works.

According to Jericho, AEW book every roster member's hotels, and they often all stay in the same place. That means it's easy for workers to meet up before and after shows for mini-parties. They're probs a bit wilder after the card is done, but it's somewhat unique to learn they're growing accustomed to social gatherings pre-show too.

This must be something Khan is encouraging. He's been pretty hands off when it comes to the actual wrestling side of things thus far, but he knows he can chime in with suggestions that'll be taken seriously when he does decide to interject. For now, what he's doing is working for the men and women on AEW's books.
