Kanyon was found dead in his home on 2 April 2010. He'd taken his own life by overdosing on antidepressants, and the entire pro wrestling world mourned its loss. Today, several are still mourning, but they're also paying tribute to Chris in their own special way.

Did you know: Kanyon had a huge impact on AEW?

Brian Cage was a mega-fan growing up, and he ended up becoming friends with Chris. Similarly, The Young Bucks idolised Kanyon's creativity and still use some of his spots in matches on Dynamite and AEW pay-per-view today. All three of those guys spoke passionately on VICE's doc.
