"Itsy bitsy teenie weenie yellow polka dot bikini".

Those words, presumably lifted from the 1960 pop track of the same name by Brian Hyland, were uttered many times by Savage in promos before he and Hogan met Ted DiBiase and André The Giant (collectively known as The Megabucks) at SummerSlam 1988.

The insinuation was that Miss. Elizabeth would be the pair's secret weapon should she be needed. Fans started to get excited about the prospect of seeing the gorgeous valet in her underwear. Guess what? It was Vince McMahon who nixed the idea, not the notoriously protective Randy.

Bruce claimed that McMahon didn't think a classy lady like Liz would be seen in an "itsy bitsy" bikini. That's why, come crunch time, she only whipped off her skirt at MSG and revealed the bottom of her swimsuit to distract DiBiase, André and company.

If fans had known that at the time, Vince might have received hate mail.
