So few people on the planet know what it’s like to be perched on the top of WWE’s infamous Hell in a Cell structure, yet Shane McMahon’s Photo Shoot appearance gave wrestling fans a little insight into all of this.

As he discussed his WrestleMania 32 Hell in a Cell match against The Undertaker, McMahon recollected the moment that he scaled the towering cell during that bout. Despite there being a reported 101,763 people packed into Arlington, Texas’ AT&T Stadium on that April night back in 2016, Shane revealed that he couldn’t hear a single thing once he had scaled the cell.

In his own words, The Best in the World described the atmosphere atop the structure as “pin quiet” in the moments before he’d leave fans in shock and awe as McMahon jumped off the cell, only to crash through a waiting table below.

Since then, Shane McMahon has returned to the confines of the sinister Hell in a Cell match when he battled Kevin Owens at the 2017 Hell in a Cell PPV.
