10 Things That Would’ve Happened Had Sting Joined WWE In 2001
10. He Would Be In The WWE Hall Of Fame Already
This one is an easy one to figure out. If he would have showed up at any point soon after WCW folded, he would have wrestled enough to have gone into the Hall Of Fame several years ago. He could have easily been the headliner for the Class Of 2004 (WWE brought the Hall Of Fame back from the dead that year after seven years of no inductees), which saw the likes of Bobby "The Brain" Heenan, "Superstar" Billy Graham, Harley Race, and Sgt. Slaughter get inducted. The Class Of 2007 featured Jim Ross, Jerry "The King" Lawler, Dusty Rhodes, and Mr. Perfect get inducted, and you could argue that Sting would receive top billing there, too. In 2010, "The Million Dollar Man" Ted DiBiase, Stu Hart, Antonio Inoki, Gorgeous George, and Wendi Richter went in, and again, you could argue that Sting would get top billing there. There have been a few different opportunities for him to have been inducted. All he needed to do was just sign on the dotted line way back when.
