10 Things WWE Wants You To Forget About Jim Ross

8. He Joined The "Kiss My Ass Club" In His Home State Of Oklahoma

http://youtu.be/lC_Mer8LxGU Jim Ross is from the state of Oklahoma. Everybody knows that. When they play entrance music for him they use the Oklahoma Sooners' "Boomer Sooners" song for him and he isn't shy about talking about how much loves the Oklahoma football program in particular. It seems like WWE management gets a kick out of humiliating him in his home state. On the November 26, 2001 edition of Raw, Vince McMahon wanted Jim Ross to join the Kiss My Ass club. Like most people, Ross was reluctant to do it. However, The Undertaker showed up. When he asked JR if he wanted to kiss his ass, JR said "hell no" and that appeared to be it. That's when things changed. Undertaker punched JR and then he shoved JR's head into Vince's ass. Undertaker: "Vince, drop your pants." Then it happened. JR kissed his ass. It was one of the most humiliating angles that Ross had to go through. It's not like JR got great revenge on it either. It was done to turn The Undertaker heel and JR understood that, but JR didn't like it. Who would? Since the Kiss My Ass club isn't something WWE pushes in today's PG environment, it's definitely something WWE wants us to forget.
