5. He Was Actually In Ready To Rumble

Did you know that John Cena was actually in the movie? It's true. As you can see in the video up above, Cena was shown working out in a gyme as Oliver Platt's character Jimmy the King was talking to WCW superstar Goldberg in a gym. Behind Platt was a very young John Cena, sporting blonde hair, training on gym equipment. At the time, Cena was training to wrestle in California at Ultimate Pro Wrestling. The scene was filmed in a gym where Cena regularly trained and as a result of that, he appeared in the background. Ready to Rumble is not a great movie by any means, but it is something a lot of wrestling fans have seen. They may not have known that Cena was a part of it. It's likely not something he brags about either because he was just an extra in a gym scene. Looking back, it's very interesting to see the 22 year old Cena in a film before he became one of the most famous pro wrestlers ever. One thing is for sure. He made the right move ditching that blonde look. Just doesn't look right.
